Welcome to the White Water Aquatics Spring Season. Below is the information that our team will be training under going forward for the next 3 months. During these months, we will be gearing up for some of the Short Course Championship meets as well as getting the team geared up to start thinking about the Long Course Summer Season.
- Kids in Teal Group will continue to develop stroke technique as well as start learning the mentality of how to perform for these Championship/Higher Level Meets. 
- Athletes in the Navy Group will be focused on those Championship Meets as well as continuing to build their aerobic and anaerobic bases.  

Dates of the Season : February 21st - June 4th, 2022
Ages Allowed : 8 - 18 years old
Practice Schedule :
Navy Group | “Senior/Pre-Senior/Top Age Group” - 5:45 to 7:!5PM
Teal Group | “Age Group Swimmers” 5:45 to 7:!5PM
White Group | *Please refer to the Granite Bay Gators*
