Day one starts in a mist but has more than a full aquatic center of swimmers ready for the day. Swimmers have been working hard the past few weeks and are looking forward to the upcoming holiday. First, a chance to better their times and get a couple of swims in to work off that upcoming holiday feast. Meanwhile, Coach Steve, Summer and Alex prepare the Athletes for the days activities. Coach Kainoa goes over last minute information with Coach Jack as the athletes warm up. Go WAC!
