Welcome to Wolverine Aquatics Club (WAC).  We hope the following information answers many of the questions you may have regarding joining our USA Swimming team.  Please review and let us know if you have any questions or we can assist you in any way!

STEP 1:  GET REGISTERED

Please complete a registration form and submit with payment.  You may pay with cash, check, or MasterCard/VISA.  Please make all checks payable to Sierra College.  If you are joining mid-session, the fee will be pro-rated.  We will also need a completed/signed waiver for each swimmer.  The waiver is available on our website and at the pool. 

Parking permits are available for each 3-month session at the pool.  They are $30.00/session or $10.00/month payable to Sierra College.  This fee cannot be combined with the registration fee.  You are not required to purchase a permit, but may want to if you are planning on staying for practices.

STEP 2:  BECOME A MEMBER OF USA SWIMMING

All swimmers must be current USA Swimming members.  To register, please complete the Membership Application.  Applications are available on our website and at the pool.  The membership fee is paid to Sierra Nevada Swimming and is valid through December 31.  You may also register online at:  www.swim-smarter.com.   If you register online, please forward us a copy of the registration or receipt.  If you are currently attached to another USA Swimming team, please let us know and we will have your membership transferred to WAC.

STEP 3:  REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE

Please register with our website as soon as you receive the registration link from our staff!  The registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes.  At the conclusion of the registration process and upon team admin approval, you will be granted access to your own private account for the team.  Once you are approved, you will also begin to receive our team emails.  Please be sure to include the email addresses that you want to receive our emails.  PLEASE NOTE:  You will not receive our team emails until you are registered and approved!

STEP 4:  READ OUR TEAM HANDBOOK

All new members are required to read our Team Handbook!  You can find it online at www.WolverineAquaticsClub.com

STEP 5:  REVIEW PRACTICE & MEET SCHEDULE

Please see our website for the Practice and Meet Schedule for each training group.

STEP 6:  FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Don’t forget to “LIKE” us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram @wolverineaquatics.   Although email is our primary mode of communication, we also post information and reminders on social media.  Please feel free to share our posts!
