Head Coach 

David Karacozoff

David Karacozoff started coaching with the Woodland Swim Team in 2012 as an Assistant Age Group Coach and assumed the duties of Head Coach in 2020. He started his coaching career at Del Paso Country Club in 2007 as an Assistant and a Masters Coach before joining WST. David obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2011 from University of Redlands, focusing on Sport Psychology and Child Development.  He was also part of the swim team as a distance freestyle specialist for the 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 seasons.

Kyle Gray

Kyle Gray is a former WST swimmer whose competitive swim career ended with a dislocated shoulder.  Although his injury took him out of the pool, he did not venture far and instead choose to remain on the pool deck as a coach. Kyle is currently studying mathamatics.  He coaches the Green and White groups. 

David Mandujano 

David Mandujano is a former WST swimmer.  He swam with the Woodland Swim Team for several years and excelled in breaststroke.  He is currently studying to become a nurse practicioner specializing in cardiac health.  David coaches the Junior and Water Frog groups. 

Caden Drefs

Caden Drefs is a current Senior swimmer with the WST who has been swimming year round since the age of six. He excels in both the 100 and 200 backstroke.  As a senior, Caden is in the process of looking at colleges and hopes to find one where he can continue his swimming career.
