SOLO Swimming Fast @ Pacifica Sea Lions Nov 12 & 13, 2022!

We have a wonderful group of individuals with SOLO!

A big thank you to the parents who helped time this weekend!

Because we had some fast button pushing this weekend!

Oh yeah, practice, practice and more fun at practice!

The "Swimmer Of The Meet" was Matthew Pistorino!

Senior Swimming is different in that you train and only swim best times a couple times per year.

Age Group Level swimming, swimmers improve at a pace to improve meet to meet.

Matthew was able to swim best ever times in four races along with winning overall events.

But most important, being there every session.

Working hard in every practice, and being a great leader!

Matthew was able to show big gains in improved form on dives, turns and race plans!
