How to Sign Up for Volunteer Hours

  • Log into your account on the Neptune Swimming website
  • Click the “Job Sign Up’ button
  • Check the box next to the job and timeslot you would like to work
  • Once the box is checked, click “sign up” at the top of the job sign up.
  • Fill in contact information, click “sign up”
  • You know you will have signed up when your name is bold under the job slot you have chosen.

Checking Volunteer Hours

  • Log into your account on the team website
  • Click “My Account”
  • Click “My Invoices/Payments”
  • Click “Service Hours” tab
  • All hours will be shown here

ANY hours signed up for through the job sign up on the Neptune website will be automatically credited toward your volunteer obligation, AS LONG AS YOU CHECK IN ON THE DAY OF THE MEET.

Volunteer Hour Credit Reminders:

When e-mailing Ashley please use the following format: Event/ Date/ Job Performed/ # of hours worked

Once you have reached your minimum family obligation and your account is down to "0" or is in the negative there is no need to send continued updates to Ashley for tracking purposes

It is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your hours. 

Any unworked hours will be billed at a rate of $25.00 per hour unworked at the end of the season.
