The North Bay Water Polo team is proud to announce our new partnership with Neptune Swimming.  North Bay Water Polo has been the only polo team in the county for the last few years and we are excited to partner with the Neptunes to help expand our membership and continue our mission of promoting aquatic sports in Sonoma County. 

 

 

Practice schedules starting June 7th at SRJC

 

Advanced team

6 - 8  pm Tuesdays & Thursdays

&

10:30 am - 12:30 pm Saturday

** Advanced team is 14- over athletes who have water polo experience.  Team is geared towards tactics of game play and will participate in travel tournaments 

Fee: $650 June & July

**tournament fees will be billed separately**

 

Beginner / Intermediate team 

5:30 - 7 pm  Tuesdays

&

10:30 am - 12:30 pm Saturdays

** beginner / intermediate team is 9-over athletes with minimal or no water polo experience. Swimming experience is needed - treading water for a few minutes is a required skill.  This team will learn water polo drills, general conditioning, skill development & intra squad scrimmaging.  Game play will be introduced when we progress to that level.

Fee: $100 per month
