Little Squids are our youngest swimmers, age four to six.  This is an introduction to swim team and will have the lowest swimmer to instructor ratio.  



This is our entry-level group for elementary age swimmers.  It includes kids who have developed beyond local lesson programs and are ready for the next level.  Entry requirement is the ability to swim 25 yards.  In this group, swimmers learn the four competitive strokes.  Competitive starts and turns are introduced. Kraken Kids are introduced to competition at practice/fun meets, as well as local USA Swimming meets.  Swimmers may attend up to four practices per week.



This group is for swimmers elementary age and the group that the Kraken Kids may progress to with coach permission needed.  Entry requirements include the ability to swim 25 yards of each of the four competitive strokes.  This group will work on refining technique of the four competitive strokes, starts, and turns.  Competition is introduced with practice meets, as well as USA Swimming sanctioned meets held locally.  Swimmers may attend up to four practices per week.



This is for swimmers elementary age that have practiced in the Blue group and want to swim one-hour practices up to five times a week. 



This group is for middle and high school age swimmers and offers training for all abilities, from athletes looking to improve fitness to swimmers wanting to hone their technique for the high school season, to committed swimmers focused on breaking into the sectional scene.  There are no mandatory attendance or competitive requirements for this group--swimmers choose what they would like to get out of swimming.  Swimmers may attend up to five one hour practices a week.



The Senior group is also for middle and high school age swimmers with the same focus as the Junior group except this group practices for 90 minutes Monday – Friday.



The National group caters to our swimmers that want to compete at the highest levels in swimming. This group is the top Training Group of PVST and the expectation for attendance is close to 100% and required head coach permission to participate in this group.  The focus is on Local, Regional and National level swimming with practices and competition a high priority. 



The Masters squad is for adults of all swimming abilities and it provides options for competitive swimming, triathlon, and general fitness. All competitive strokes are addressed, but the main focus of training currently is freestyle and triathlon training. Training focus is subject to change depending on the group consensus.  

Masters train three days a week. Swim Team dues are $55.00 per month. CRC membership are required, but included in your monthly fee.  Masters must be USA Masters registered or US Triathalon registered so that insurance is covered for the CRC.   Family Registration Fee will be waived, but a $25 administration fee is charged for registration.

Masters register with USMS at .  Choose Snake River LMSC and Krakens club during the registration process.
