2023 Stroke Clinic starts 4/08/23

The H20Swift Swim & Stroke Clinic offers technical swimming instruction for all ages and abilities levels from experienced professional swim coaches. Participants will develop and refine their technique in all four strokes, as well as starts and turns. Upon completion of the stroke clinic, all swimmers will be more confident with their swimming abilities. All swimmers must be comfortable swimming a full length of the pool without assistance. This is not a "learn to swim" stroke clinic. 

The stroke clinic is great for swimmers who have no formal swimming training. This clinic will prepare them for the H20Swift Boerne Recreational Swim Team Tryouts. 

Each Saturday a new stroke will be covered.  The clinic will run on 4/8, 4/15, 4/22 4/29.

There are registration caps on each age group for this clinic. If the group is full during registration, please email coach Jason.

Adults can join in on the fun! Now you have the ability to understand the four strokes and improve your overall fitness. If you are a swimming parent, this will be a great way to empower you on the fundamentals of the sport of swimming. Please contact [email protected]
