Jennifer Jones Business Office Manager

Foremost, I am a mom to three wonderful girls; Kaylie, Emilie, and Mollie, and wife to my soulmate of 23 years, Michael. As a passionate homeschooling family, we strive to give our kids the most well rounded life skills and education possible. In search of broader opportunities, and with swim leading the charge, we migrated to Austin from small town Mississippi in 2012.

We began our swim journey in 2012 at another local club. Little did we know, ASC was already in early development . . . the next step was coming. Logistics delayed our arrival, but in 2016 we made our move. With ASC’s culture of positive experiences developing athletic perseverance and achievement, we knew we’d found our home. This year, I’m happy for the opportunity to join the team where I’ll make my contributions mainly in the office and in promoting a positive spirit in helping our athletes achieve their maximum potential.

Tony Carrasquillo Strength & Conditioning Coach

Tony Carrasquillo grew up in Boston, Massachusetts where he played every sport under the sun. Tony was a Health and Wellness Coordinator for the YMCA in the Greater Boston area, in this role he mentored staff members, developed new curriculum and was in charge of facility maintenance. While working for the YMCA, Tony created and starred in two fitness workouts videos for the YMCA fitness App. While at the YMCA, Tony was the top trainer and income earner, with the largest clientele, in addition to teaching group fitness classes. Tony's training focus is to train the body to communicate better with the mind, by integrating stimulating exercises into workouts. Some of his favorite ways to do this is taxing the body with TRX training, abdominal control exercises, resistance training, total body strength and active mobility/dynamic stretching. It is through ACTION that Tony received his personal trainer certification with a focus in nutrition. Tony found his passion for fitness through personal injures and limitations he faced in sports. As a young adult he tore his ACL and fractured his Thoracic Spine, he was unsure if he would ever walk again. It was through this hardship that he learned the value of fitness, consistency, and hard work. Tony now enjoys pushing his limits. He is currently training to compete in a Men’s Physique Competition and preparing for American Ninja Warrior.
