Coaches and Directors

After finishing his own athletic career and a short hiatus from swimming, Sean returned to Indiana where he spent two seasons helping with the Women's team at Purdue University. Upon completion of his first masters degree, he began coaching club and high school swimming. With limited training opportunities for high performing swimmers, Sean and a colleague started Fish Aquatics, where their staff was able to grow the team from 70 to over 225 swimmers in under two years. In this short time, Sean helped build the team to one of the top performing programs in Indiana. In addition to their team success, Sean has had the opportunity to coach state champions as well as zone, sectional, future, junior and senior national qualifiers. Building off of their success on the club side, Sean also served as the West Lafayette High School head coach; winning 4 conference titles in 4 years and building the program back into a premier team in the state of Indiana. Sean spent the last year working with one of the most dynamic coaching staffs in Indiana. As a coach of Franklin Regional Swim Team he was able to work with multiple state, zone, sectionals, futures, and Olympic trial qualifiers, as well as help the team achieve state runner-up status in both men’s and women’s swimming. He is beyond excited to join the Tiger Sharks Swim Team and help build on the amazing success the team has experienced.

The son of a swim coach, Reece has been swimming competitively since the age of 6, he grew up swimming against the Tiger Sharks at the nearby TASC, which has since closed down. A state qualifier in high school and a conference champion for his college swim team, Oklahoma Baptist University, Reece has taken that passion and energy for swimming, poured it into coaching and can't wait to see the success this team has!
