Description for Bronze 1 and 2
Developmental group, emphasis on stroke technique and introduction to aerobic swimming, kids will learn drills and intervals.
Requirements for Bronze 1 and 2
All swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters of all 4 strokes under 1:00 according to USA swimming requirements. Must be able to swim 200 Freestyle for time. Swimmers must be able to count laps and read the clock.

For experienced USA swimmers striving for “B” & “BB” qualifying times
Requirements for Silver 1 and 2
All swimmers must be able to swim all 4 strokes according to USA swimming requirements. Must be able to swim 200 Freestyle with a time under 3:00. Must be able to swim a 500 continually.

Description
Swimmers striving for "A" time standards. Competitive elementary and middle school swimmers. Swimmers work with coaches to set and achieve goals. Dry land training for strength and endurance.
Requirements
Ages 10 & Up only!
Must complete a time trial set of 8 X 100 on a 2:00 interval without missing an interval. Swimmers in this group are permitted with coach approval. Gold is a team that will travel for swim meets.

MTTHF 5:00-7:00pm, SAT 7:30-9:00am
Description
Swimmers striving for "AA", TAGS and Sectional time standards. Swimmers will work with the Head Coach primarily, to set and achieve goals. Dry land training for strength and endurance three times a week.
Requirements
Must complete a time trial set of 10 X 100 FR on a 1:30 interval and 4 X 200 IM on 3:00 interval without missing an interval. Swimmers in this group are permitted with coach approval. 2 "BB" time standards required.
