Registration Process
To register for the 2022-2023 season, fill out a registration form, which can be found at the pool. Because this is a new registration year, I need EVERYONE (every family old and new) to please fill out the registration form again. Failure you do so will result in you not getting emails and other updates as they go out.
Training Groups and their Costs
Developmental Group - $130/month
Bronze Group - $150/month
Silver or Gold Group - $160/month
National & Pre-National Group - $180/month
Practice Schedule
Developmental Group: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 4:45-5:30 PM
Bronze Group: Monday-Friday 4;00-5:00 PM or 5:00-6:00 PM
Silver Group: Monday-Friday 4:00-5:30 PM
National/Pre-National Group: Monday-Friday 5:15-7:30pm, Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-7:00am, Saturday 7-45am
Gold Group: Monday-Friday 6:00-7:30PM
Monthly or Annual Payments

Annual (11 months) payments are due in September and you will receive a one month discount. There are no refunds for monthly or annual payments if the swimmer does not complete the time paid for (except in extraordinary circumstances).

Multiple Swimmer Discounts
The 2nd swimmer in each family will get a $10/month discount, the 3rd and 4th (or more) swimmer will get a $15/month discount.
Registration Fees
There is onen annual registration fees which are due with your first monthly or annual payment at the beginning of the season
- 1 $150 PER FAMILY team registration fee
Writing Checks
All checks written this year will be made out to Texas Gold Swimming. There is a payment box at the pool for checks to be dropped into.
Paying with Credit/Debit Card
Aubrey will have the ability to accept credit/debit card payments at the pool. This will not be an automatic payment, so you will have to swipe each month. Please only ask to swipe your card before or after practice.
Signing up for Swim Meets
After registration has been completed, you will receive instructions on how to register for your Team Unify account on the Texas Gold Website. You will receive alerts whenever a meet is posted and you will simply need to go onto the website and sign up for your desired events.
Meet Fees
When signing your swimmers up for meets, please anticipate bringing a check or swiping your card at the next practice after signing up. The posted meet information will always inform you of how much each event entry costs and there is also a per swimmer meet coaches fee.

Ex: John Smith is swimming 6 events at UT Fall Kickoff. Event cost is $8.25 per event. ($8.25/event x 6) + ($10 coaches fee) = $59.50 in meet fees
