FUNDAMENTALS II

Fundamentals II Group is designed to introduce slightly older children to competitive swimming.   Athletes will learn the fundamentals needed to swim the 4 competitive strokes, including forward and backward starts.

Fundamentals II Group will be led by Coach Paige McCord.

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to swim 25 yard freestyle and 25 yard backstroke. 

Ages 10-12

REQUIRED PRACTICE EQUIPMENT:

Long fins and kickboard (Swim caps are required for swimmers with long hair)

Fundamentals II Group:  T/Th: 4:30pm-5:15pm @ GEORGETOWN REC

COST:  $110/Month for 45 minutes - 2x/week

  Plus the annual $200 TX Gold Team Registration Fee
