Current Pool Rules (Rules Subject to Change Without Notice)  


Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is absolutely prohibited at the Facility. 
Damage: Members and their guests shall be respectful of the Facility, and shall not steal, damage, or vandalize such property. If a Member damages any part of the Facility, they shall be billed for all damage caused thereby, and if the damage was intentional or part of a pattern of repeated violation of the Rules, WAQUA may cancel their Membership with no proration or refund of Membership Fees.  
Personal Items: At no time shall WAQUA or EISD be responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of any personal articles and/or valuables of any Member. 
Fire Safety: Tampering or damaging fire equipment, or intentionally misusing fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers, fire extinguishers, or emergency exit signs, or pulling the fire alarm for any reason other than notification of a fire, or disabling, opening, damaging, or propping open exits used exclusively as fire exits, is strictly prohibited. 
Animals: No animals of any kind shall be brought into the Facility (other than trained service dogs required for those who are visually impaired or have other medical requirements). Any animal found at the Facility is subject to immediate removal by WAQUA. 
Soliciting: Canvassing, peddling, soliciting, and/or distribution of merchandise, handbills, or any other written materials in the Facility are prohibited, and Members shall cooperate to prevent the same. 
Verbal Abuse: WAQUA will not tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, and/or harassing behavior from Members or their guests. If such behavior occurs, WAQUA reserves the right to remove the Member and their guests from the premises immediately and terminate their Membership if the incident is repeated.  
Posted Rules & Warnings: Members shall follow all posted pool rules and warnings at the Facility as well as rules enforced by any lifeguards on duty at the Facility.  Any egregious breach of the posted pool rules and warnings shall result in termination of a Member’s Membership. 
Illness: No Member, member of Member’s family or guest shall use the facility if experiencing symptoms of any illness.  
INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS:  The Facility will have lifeguards on duty during certain times of operation but shall have no obligation to Members to provide lifeguards during all hours of the Facility’s operation.  All Members agree that they and their families and guests swim at their own risk, regardless of whether any lifeguards are on the premises or not.  Members agree to indemnify and hold WAQUA harmless for any claim, damage, injury or loss of any type associated with the Facility property conditions and/or with   the use of the Facility by Members, their family and/or their guests, including without limitation conditions caused by the negligence of WAQUA.
