Equipment:

  • Goggles, Cap, Fins, Kickboard, Pull Buoy, Snorkel, Water Bottle​​

Admittance:

  • Swimmers must legally swim 50 yards in all four strokes, with legal turns
  • Complete a 100 Individual Medley (IM) and have attended USA swim meets.​

  • Tuesday-Friday
  • 4:45-5:45pm
