MCAT Paid and Volunteer Coach Screening Policy:

MCAT Coaches are screened by the following   

Completed Job Application

Interviewed by 3 or more individuals. Head Coach and two Parent/ Members

Employment Background Screened by Employment ADP Services (includes motor vehicle report)

Reference Checks on 3 references

verification of  highest level of education

includes google and social network search

Phone calls to former employers (to more than one if employed by multiple employers.)

Before Coach is hired or serves as a Coach volunteer, the coach must have all required safety, safe sport and necessary educational requirements. and certifications.

Must pass USA Swimming Criminal Background check.

Must present employer with a Valid ID and Social Security Card
