Meet Managers Page

Here you will find information for Meet Managers.  

Please use the following procedures when hosting a meet.

  1. Submit your Meet Letter and Events File (hyv) to the Florida Office by e-mail in word.doc format for sanctioning.
  2. Both files must be submitted together for website posting.
  3. After the meet, submit the Meet Backup File, the Meet file, and a Results.pdf file to the Florida Office.
  4. Submit your fees due to the office using a Transmittal of Funds form with payment.
