Our Junior age level offers 6 training sessions per week, (5 x 90 minutes, 1 x 60 minutes and 1 x 60 minutes land training session). Swimmers at this stage train regularly with aim to compete. Training focuses on developing efficient technique and skills on all strokes. In addition our program ams to improve all fitness components with main focus on aerobic capacities.

Competition experience – Development galas, open and regional meets, Club Championships. Competition events – all.

Training distances – up to 1000 meters. Kit requirements: Cap, Goggles, kick board, pull buoy, fins, paddles, water bottle.
