Please find below practical information 
regarding participation of National Federations members of FINA at the 
2nd FINA Swimming Coaches Golden Clinic, part of the 3rd FINA 
World Aquatics Convention 2014. 
All the attendees at the Clinic will have the opportunity to attend to the 
Convention and all social, and evening events.

NATIONAL FEDERATIONS ASSISTANCE 
As explained in our last correspondences, for the delegates representing 
the FINA Member National federation the following assistance will be 
provided by FINA: 
• Each national federation will receive assistance to attend the 2nd 
FINA Swimming Coaches Golden Clinic with one (1) official 
delegate.(*)(**) 
(*) The travel assistance will be paid by bank transfer to the National 
Federation after the event. 
(**) The cost of accommodation for any additional night should be covered 
by the National Federations. ADDITIONAL DELEGATES 
For any additional person(s)willing to attend to the 2nd FINA Swimming 
Coaches Golden Clinic, all expenses should be covered by each Member 
Federation.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL 
The local transportation will be organized from the Hamad International 
Airport in Doha. 
The service will be available on the dates of arrival and departure between 
the Hamad International Airport in Doha and the Official Hotels.

VISA APPLICATION 
The Doha 2014 Organising Committee will be facilitating entry visas free 
of charge for 2nd FINA Swimming Coaches Golden Clinic's participants. 
All countries, with the exception of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), 
must apply for entry visas to enter the State of Qatar. 
Entry visa application procedures are as follows: 
- Submit the relevant passport details and electronic passport copy 
through the FINA General Management System (FINA GMS). 
- Once the application is submitted, applicants can track their status 
through the FINA GMS. 
- Upon completion, entry visas can be downloaded from the Ministry of 
Interior (MOI) website below using the passport number and nationality.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To receive an entry visa you must have a valid 
passport with an expiry date not less than six (6) months from the date of 
your visit. Only Visa applications submitted through the FINA GMS will be 
processed. 


REGISTRATION 
Please ensure that you register the delegates that are attending the 2nd 
FINA Swimming Coaches Golden Clinic in the FINA General Management 
System
by 31 October 2014. 


Each National Federation has been provided with a username and 
password to access the system. You can access the system at 
https://data.fina.org

done before the 31st of October 2014.
