Along with our Age Group Program, we provide an opportunity for adults to participate in our Masters Program. Individuals 19 and older with any swimming skill level are invited to join. Swimmers must register with United States Masters Swimming https://www.usms.org/join-usms/join-or-renew.  Our masters swimming group is as varied as each person that joins. They include: parents swimming while their kids are at practice, cross training and tri-athletes honing their swimming skills and improving endurance, those swimming to relieve stress after work, former swimmers wanting to get back in the pool, lap swimmers, swimmers with rehabilitation needs, and swimmers that are training for USMS swimming competitions. Coaching is based on the desires and needs of each individual.
