Junior Levels

Competitive swimming, stroke perfection, aerobic and strength conditioning. Junior 1 swimmers have achieved GA qualifying times.

Junior 1: Practices 6 times x 90 minutes per week

Junior 2: Practices 5 times x 90 minutes per week

Junior 1:
  • Monday - Friday 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8:00 am - 9:30 am
Junior 2:
  • Monday - Friday 5:15 pm - 6:45 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am - 11:30 am
