Our dryland program is a 30-minute session to help strengthen our swimmers and help prevent common swimmer injuries. We do body weight exercises such as; squats, lunges, core, and push-ups.  The swimmers also use weights and the weight machines (winter season) for basic strength training.  

Eligibility: 

Summer Season: 

Proper footwear is required; sneakers are ideal or close-toed shoes

Tuesdays/Thursdays

7:30-8:00am - All new Freshman and returning HS swimmers

8:00-8:30am - All new 6th graders and returning MS swimmers

Winter Season:  

Proper footwear is required; sneakers are ideal or close-toed shoes, to workout in the high school weight room

Tuesdays/Thursdays

6:00-6:30pm - Thresher level (must be in 6th grade or higher)

6:30-7:00pm - Mako level and below (must be in 6th grade or higher)
