The Tullahoma Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Tullahoma Swim Club to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Bubble Blowers Group

This is our entry level group. An athlete need not be able to swim to enter this group. Athletes are normally ages 4-6. 
Bubble Blower Group Coach: Natalia Aguirre
Workout Days/Times: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday sometime between 3:45-5:45 for 30 minutes.
 

Beginner Group

From the Bubble blowers group, athletes move into this group. Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning freestyle and backstroke and having fun.
Beginner Group Coach: Jenny Berk
Workout Days/Times: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from either 3:45-4:45 or 4:45-5:45
 

Intermediate Group

From the beginner group, althetes move into this group. Athletes in this group focus on strengthening their freestyle and backstroke technique and begining to learn butterfly and breastroke. 
Beginner Group Coach: Jenny Berk
Workout Days/Times: Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from either 3:45-4:45 or 4:45-5:45

Bronze Group

This group is the lowest group in our competitive groups. You move up to this group when you decide that you are ready to focus on competing. Athletes in this group are usually at least 8 years old and are able to swim all 4 strokes. This group focuses on technique work to solidify knowledge of all 4 strokes.

Silver Group

Minimum age for entry into this group is 10 years old. Athletes entering this group must display a desire to begin training on a more committed basis. Competition at swim meets is expected in this group. Training takes precedence over technique work for the first time in the athlete's development.

Workout Days/Times: Monday-Friday 4:45-5:45

Gold Group

Minimum age for entry into this group is 12. Athletes entering the Gold group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present. Athletes in the Gold group are directed towards making their Southeastern Time Standards.
