Indoor Swim Lesson Policies and Procedures

PASSES: WPEC Passes will be issued your first week of enrollment. You and your child MUST show this pass to enter building.

PARKING: Park in the PEAVINE DECK, cars parked in upper circle will be towed. Drop-offs and pickups in circle are allowed.

NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM:  For those of you who have been with us in the past, you will note that we are using a new and improved registration system.  The registration is now live, meaning that you will reserve a specific spot in a class when you register and pay.  You will now be able to see how many spots are available in each class/each month.  If you want your child to be in a class with a friend, please register around the same time so you can reserve together in the same class.  YOU MUST SIGN UP AND RESERVE A SPOT FOR EVERY MONTH YOU WANT TO ENROLL.  We can no longer "roll over" students from one month to the next.  You can register in advance for as many months as you would like.

SPACE IS LIMITED:     We do have a limited amount of space in our indoor program.  Keep in mind that we do have some flexibility to add a class or two each month based on demand (we have built this into the registration process).  So, if the class you want is reading full on line, please register for the waitlist.  We will use the waitlist to determine demand for additional classes.   Also, note that you must pay before being admitted into a class.  If you choose to mail in a check for payment (rather than paying on line), you are added to the waitlist until the check arrives.  Once the check arrives, we will add you to the class if space still permits.

NO REFUND/MAKEUP POLICY:  Once you pay and reserve a spot in a class, we do not offer refunds. We also don't offer makeup classes for any missed classes.  In the rare event we need to cancel a class (pool closure, weather emergency, etc.), we will not offer a makeup class.

PROGRAM STAFF:  Emory Varsity Swimming Coaches and current Emory Varsity Swimmers.  We have between six and eight coaches on deck every session to maintain a low coach/swimmer ratio.
