This group is designed for our swimmers who are striving towards one of our more advanced age group teams or our Senior Team who need additional work on their technical and/or training skills prior to joining one of those groups. There will be a strong emphasis on stroke mechanics and refining competition skills with the addition of interval training and conditioning.  Basic dryland routines will be incorporated 4 times a week for 15 minutes each practice before we swim to increase basic athleticism.  Athletes need to wear t-shirt, shorts, and gym shoes over their swimsuit for dryland.

Practice Times

Short Course (Fall/Winter/Spring Schedule): Monday through Thursday from 5:45 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Long Course (Summer): Monday - Thursday 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm.  Friday 8:00 am - 9:30 am.

Equipment Needed 

 Team suit, Fins, Speedo Snorkel, Speedo Power Paddles (Blue or Red size would be best), Kick Board, Mesh Bag and Water Bottle.
