High School Development Team 

This group is designed for swimmers who want a low-commitment option to get them in shape for the high school season.  Typically Session 1 begins in late August or early September and goes through October.  

Emphasis is given to improving competitive skills and increasing endurance.

For swimmers who want an on-going supplement to high school training or who want workout options, we also have a 13 & Older group that trains as part of our Explorer Track.
