I am thrilled to be part of the CGBD family! In addition to CGBD, I am an assistant coach at William & Mary for the men's and women's swim team.  I swam for the Tribe ('90-'94) so its great to be back home!  I also coach the Ford's Colony Killer Whales in the summer.  My family moved back to Williamsburg four years ago, and we have been heavily involved in swimming in Williamsburg since then.  Prior to moving back, we lived in Northern Virginia.  During that time, I coached at NCAP and taught lessons at two swim schools.  I have worked with swimmers of all ages from three month old in Mommy and Me classes to Masters swimmers.
