We are dedicated to TEACHING the art of swimming and PERFECTING the game of racing!

MASTERS - Lastly, we offer training groups for Masters athletes aged 19 and older. The term Masters is a tricky one, as it only describes the age of the athlete, not the ability level or competitiveness. Our Masters athletes vary in swimming background. Some are former collegiate athletes looking to get in shape or lose weight. Others are competitive triathletes or endurance athletes. Several swim for the health benefits. Every one of our Masters athletes swims for the "fun" of it. We offer two training options: Masters or Intro to Masters.


3 sessions per week or less: $50 per month

4 sessions per week or less: $75 per month

OPTIONAL United States Masters Swimming Fee: needed in order to compete in USMS meets $24 - $39 (go to www.usms.org to register)

Competing in USMS meets is totally up to you and your competitive desires!

During the school year:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

7:00 - 8:00 am - 1 lane available for fitness swimming (not coached)

9:00 - 10:30 am – Coached practice

(dryland can be done 10:30 - 11:30 am)

Tuesday and Thursday

5:00 – 6:00 am - coached practice


5:00 - 6:00 am - board practice


Introduction to Masters:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:30 - 11:30 am ($50 per month)

This program is designed to introduce adults to the US Masters swimming program. The goals of our certified, educated, and experienced coaches are to help you build strength, endurance, and fitness; as well as improve your technique in all four competitive strokes. You must be able to swim 25 yards freestyle and backstroke in order to enroll. Introduction to Masters is great for adults who have just learned how to swim or who are just getting back into swimming.
