Welcome to the Rappahannock Area YMCA Swim Team, Inc. (RAYS) Electronic Registration platform for our Collegiate Swimmer program.  We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration.

The Collegiate Swimmer program is only for previously experienced USA Swimming athletes that are currently swimming for their college or university team.

YMCA Membership: All swimmers are required to be members of the YMCA.  If you are not currently a YMCA member please sign up at your local YMCA.  YMCA joining fees are waived for RAYS swimmers.  Family rates are not discounted.

Program Fee:  $200 per swimmer full payment is required before the first practice.  USA Swimming membership will be provided through December 31st, 2019.  Multiple swimmers  discount will not be offered.  For questions with billing contact our bookkeeper:  Carol Rowlands at raysbookkeeper@gmail.com.

Meet Entry:  College swimmers may enter any eligible meet.  Meet registration fees and event fees vary from meet to meet.  Each family will be informed of all meet fees before entering a swimmer in a meet.  Families will be billed for all meet entry fees via monthly invoicing. There are no refunds for a swimmer who enters a meet and then does not attend the meet.

Fundraising:  Fundraising is not required for this program.

Refunds:  A refund will not be given once a swimmer begins practice.  A refund request received prior to the start of the program will receive 100% of the program amount.

The Rappahannock Area YMCA Swim Team, Inc. (RAYS) is a self-sustaining, parent run, 501-c3 non-profit organization.  The RAYS Board of Directors is responsible for the financial soundness of the team.  It is only through prudent management of our resources, and a clear understanding of the following financial obligations and procedures by each family, that the team will continue to provide a quality program for current and future swimmers.
