We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for all to attend practices for Valley Swim Team Phoenix. However, we cannot guarantee you that you will not become infected with COVID-19. You must follow all posted instructions while attending practice. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By your swimmers attending practices and subsequent meets, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Welcome to the Valley Swim Team Phoenix Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming swim season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim time histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.

If you have any questions regarding the team or the registration process, please feel free to contact me directly or ask any of our current swimmers or parents!!

During the registration process, you will select the group to swim in. This group will be approved prior to accepting your registration. If you would like to pay annual dues in full (includes 7 months, end of August through March 31, 2023 to receive a 5% discount, please select the "lump sum" option for that group.

USA Swimming has changed the registration process to where all swimmers must register for their USA membership through the USA Swimming website.  This will start on September 1, 2022.  Instructions on the process to follow will be provided before that time.  There are three options in regards to USA Membership:

• FLEX ($30) 12 and under only – While this is allowed on USA Swimming, we are not accepting it as part of our registration.  This membership only allows 2 meets below Championship Levels for the entire year. In years past, we have had to upgrade so many of our members to allow them to participate in more than the two meets.  If we allowed this option, the only upgrade path is to premium.  SO PLEASE DO NOT SELECT THIS OPTION WHEN REGISTERING. 
• SEASONAL ($43) – This membership will be valid for 150 days after registering.  Athletes are allowed to compete in all meets up to the Virginia Swimming Championship Level (Districts, Regions, Age Groups, and Seniors). This is a good option for those just swimming during the Short Course Season (September 2022-March 2023).  You can be upgraded to Premium simply by paying the difference
• PREMIUM($86) – If your swimmer intends to swim with us year round, then this membership is for you.  This will allow your swimmer access to any upper level meets (ZONES, Sectionals, etc.) that they earn qualifying times.
