The Winchester Swim Team is a year round USA Swimming & Virginia Swimming Club team. 

We are currently seeking part time and full time coaches at 2 Winchester locations.

Candidates applying for this position should:
-Enjoy working with children of all ages
-Be outgoing, enthusiastic, and charismatic
-Be punctual, organized, and professional
-Be comfortable working with others

Ideal candidates will also have some swimming background however, the most important characteristic we look for is a passion for working with children while we ensure all children succeed at learning to swim!
