Hello Prospective Parents,

Thank you for your interest in Vallejo Aquatics Club and our Fall Clinic. This clinic will be for athletes ages 5 - 12 years old and will help start bridging the gap between their Summer Rec. Teams and Lessons towards a more Year Round Swimming circuit that allows them to continue learning and progressing their skills, drills, and fundamentals for each of the 4 strokes.

This clinic will need all Athletes to register with USA Swimming and their Seasonal Membership (around $30), to cover your kid(s) for insurance purposes. This will also allow your athletes to participate in the two meets that we plan on attending with our Fall Clinic swimmers.

Athletes will need the following for practices to participate.

• Form fitting swim suits
• Goggles
• Cap (you can buy a VJO one)
• Kick Boards
• Fins
• Towel
• Water Bottle
• Shoes (for occasional dry land activities)
