Vallejo Aquatics Club is a water polo program affiliated with USA Water Polo. VJO's constant goal is to help and develop athletes through our program to be successful both in and out of the water polo tank. Our athletes train and compete through out the year looking to better themselves to achieve their goals in this sport and enjoy the spirit of competition. Through our program, student - athletes will learn basic fundamentals of this sport from splashball & 12U that will be reinforced to a habit as they grow through this sport. Student - Athletes will also learn how to train aerobically and anaerobically to gain the conditioning and speed that will be required as water polo athletes, they will also learn offensive and defensive tactics for both normal play and 6v5.
