NOVA's Spring Clinics are a great way for your swimmer to get ready for the summer swim season. The clinics are Sunday afternoons, starting in late February, and run right up until the beginning of the summer league season. Your swimmer will improve on turns, stroke technique, and have a leg up on the competition for summer swimming!

Our clinics are designed for swimmers who already have summer swim team experience and can swim 25 yards unassisted. For younger swimmers who have not participated in summer swim league, our lessons program is a great fit.

Program Details:

  • Parents can choose the most convenient time for your family. Some teams are still choosing to practice together; your team will notify you if this is the case.

  • All swimmers will receive a NOVA water bottle, a 20% off coupon for the Virginia Swim Shop (some restrictions apply), and a Summer Swimming Success Guide at the end of the clinics.

  • Times are set to ensure there is no overlap with our Lessons program, which means more lanes for clinics.

  • We have a strong group of coaches ready to work with your child.
