How to Register for Spring Clinics

To register for the Spring Clinics, you'll go to this page. Once you go through the process, your child will be registered and you will get a confirmation via email.

1. Scroll down and click on the > 2022 Spring Clinics link (text is DARK RED)

2. Continue to scroll down to see the Class Cost/Days/Times options and pick the time you want. We are once again offering four time spots: 2:15pm, 3:15pm, 4:15pm, and 5:15pm. 

3. Click on the GREEN Register button to register for the class of your choice. If the session is full, instead of the GREEN Register button, you will see a Wait List button. You may choose another time or be put on the wait list for that time; you will be contacted with further information on options, but there is no guarantee that a slot will be available.

4. Set up a new account - click GREEN +Create New Account button, or if you're a current NOVA family, sign in under your current family account and click BLUE Continue button (you may not see this screen if you're already signed in).

5. Once separate class window opens, click on the +Add Student button, and fill out swimmer information (if new), then click the Select Student button, then the GREEN Continue button. Click the GREEN Place in Shopping Cart button. If you have multiple swimmers you want to register, just repeat this process for each by clicking the +Add Additional Classes button. 

6. When you have registered all of your swimmers, click the GREEN Pay by Credit Card button and then GREEN Proceed to Checkout button. On the checkout page, note your summer league team name (so your team gets credit!), provide payment details, and e-sign the waiver and policies by checking each box. 

7. Click the GREEN Pay & Submit button, and print a copy of your receipt if you wish. You will also receive a confirmation email with details.
