PARENTS CODE OF CONDUCT

I understand and agree to abide by these rules as a parent and representative of PASC

1. I will not speak to the coaches during swim practice. They are available before or after, and also by email at [email protected].
2. I will encourage my child to participate, I will not force them.
3. I will focus on my child’s efforts and performance rather than winning or losing.
4. I will appreciate good performance by ALL competitors and officials.
5. I will respect the officials’ decisions and teach my child to do likewise.
6. I will never ridicule or yell at a swimmer for making a mistake or losing a race.
7. I will respect the rights, dignity and worth of every swimmer regardless of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
8. I will not use profanity or vulgar language during swim practice or swimming events.
