Practice Times

We hold 35 practices a week, providing 7 workouts a day on Mondays through Thursdays, 6 workouts on Fridays, and 1 on Saturdays. Practice times are 5:30am, 6:20am, 7:10am, 10:30am, 11:20am, 12:10pm, and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday, except there is no 7:00pm practice on Fridays.  Saturday practice is normally held 9:30am - 10:30am, unless other scheduled events preclude the practice.
