Club Information Distribution

LGSC wants every member to be well informed on all activities of the club. We will disseminate general, social, meet, and billing information through the following methods:

  - Remind text message are our primary method of communicated important club information.  All families are encouraged to use the remind tool.

E-mail - This is our secondary method of communication.

Web site - The primary source of general team information is provided on the team web site.

Mailing - Mailings will be limited to help save on funds for the club.

Personal Contact – Please contact your child’s coach or a board member if you can’t find the information that you need or if you have questions. All parents are encouraged to contact a coach regarding any swim meet or practice issues. The coaches will handle any necessary communications between LGSC and meet directors or Wisconsin Swimming.

It is the parent’s responsibility to check the website, remind texts, and email for any changes to practice schedule, practice cancelations or changes, meet cancelations or changes, meeting announcements or any other important information that the Board or Coaching Staff may need to get out.  All efforts will be made to get as much information as possible in all places.
