During the Summer, the J-Hawk Aquatic Club is going to be offering FREE VIRTUAL events, to help encourage staying active during these difficult times.  We have an event for each member of the family, too, so everyone can encourage each other to stay active.

Fitness keeps the mind and body healthy.  Mark your course out, track your time, then submit your results.  It's easy!

This summer, we are offering a June/July VIRTUAL DUATHLONS, RUNNING, AND CYCLING EVENTS and an August VIRTUAL DUATHLON, TRIATHLON, 1/2 MARATHON, and CYCLING RACES.  We'd love for participants to send us pictures to post on our J-Hawk Facebook page, so show and encourage fitness, while keeping the mind, body, and soul healthy.  We will be offering a SWAG option, so that participants can get an event shirt and finisher medal.  The Swag option will be $20.  You will only pay this if you want the swag.

VIRTUAL DUATHLON & RUN DATE DATES:
June 26th (6am)-July 5th (by 8pm)
Events Offered:  
     Kids Duathlon:   1 mile run, 5 mile bike, 1 mile run           
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     Sprint Duathlon:  1 mile run, 13 mile bike, 5k run     
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     Olympic Duathlon:  2 mile run, 27.5 mile bike + 10k run   
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     8&Under 1 Mile Run or Walk
     9-10 year old 2 Mile Run or Walk
     5K Run/Walk
     5K Walk Only
     10K Run/Walk
     10K Walk Only
     1/2 Marathon Run/Walk
     25 Mile Bike
     50 Mile Bike
     100 Mile Bike

You will be assigned a bib and will use your bib number to submit results.  Racers will also receive FINISHER CERTIFICATES.

     8&Under 1 Mile Run or Walk:  8&Under
     9-10 year old 2 Mile Run or Walk:  9-10 year olds
     Child Duathlon:  10&Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17 year old
     SPRINT/OLYMPIC Duathlons/5K/10K/Half Marathon:  14&Under, 15-19 year old, 20-24, 25-29, etc (up to age 84)

The J-Hawk Aquatic Club is a not-for-profit, charitable, 501c3 youth organization that helps offer swim lessons and a swim team to area youth.  We offer FREE/REDUCED programming to families on FREE/REDUCED school lunches.  Any donations received are greatly appreciated and will go towards helping us help area youth.
