TRIATHLON OPTIONS:
     Kids Triathlon:  200 yard swim, 4 mile bike, 1 mile run  
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     Sprint Triathlon:  500 yd swim, 13 mile bike, 5k mile run
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     Olympic Triathlon:  1000 yd swim, 27.5 mile bike, 10k mile run
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
DUATHLON OPTIONS:
     Kids Duathlon:   1 mile run, 5 mile bike, 1 mile run           
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     Sprint Duathlon:  1 mile run, 13 mile bike, 5k run     
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
     Olympic Duathlon:  2 mile run, 27.5 mile bike + 10k run   
               (complete on the same day, then add your 3 times together - do not worry about transition times)
1/2 MARATHON RUN/WALK (13.1 miles)
CYCLING EVENTS:
     25 Mile Bike
     50 Mile Bike
     100 Mile Bike

Results will be posted.  Want to see how you compare to others?  The age group divisions are below:
     CHILD DUATHLON AND TRIATHLON RACES:  10&Under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-17 year old
     ALL OTHER RACES:  14&Under, 15-19 year old, 20-24, 25-29, etc (up to age 84)

The J-Hawk Aquatic Club is a not-for-profit, charitable, 501c3 youth organization that helps offer swim lessons and a swim team to area youth.  We offer FREE/REDUCED programming to families on FREE/REDUCED school lunches.  Any donations received are greatly appreciated and will go towards helping us help area youth.
