I cannot say enough about how proud I am of these 5 athletes. We were scheduled to be at Nationals, racing today. However, fate had another plan and their national meet was canceled last Thursday afternoon. As you can imagine, this was devastating. We moved forward knowing we could not change what was happening around us. We decided to run a mini-meet, suit up and put the electronic timing system in, so the times would count for team records and personal best times. We even had officials, my Dad and...

SENIORS STEP UP AT STATE! Our senior swimmers did an awesome job racing at state, with some overcoming sickness and still pushing through and doing best times. Young Liang swam all 4 days and made it back to finals in all of his events, too (switched it up and raced backstroke this weekend and came near a national bonus cut!). We had different swimmers racing different days as we are preparing for nationals next week. This is truly a fun group of hard working athletes that are an awesome example...

Our 12&Unders did an outstanding job racing this weekend, dropping lots of times in almost every event swum. Ella Schultz had the highest finish placing 16th in her 1000 free and earning her first state ribbon. She went out in her best time (dropping 8 seconds, going out in a 6:02.90 and coming back in a 6:04.1). On Friday night, Makayla led the races off by dropping 6 seconds in her 200 fly and going out in her best time (this was after her goggles broke at the block and...

We are very proud of the girls and how they represented J-Hawks at the NCSA national championship last week. Dani Cramer continued to take down our butterfly team records, while at NCSA nationals this past weekend, in Indianapolis. Dani set new records in the 50 meter fly (28.51) and 200 meter fly (2:23.83). Dani also swam a best time in her 100 meter back (1:05.63). Ella Houwers swam best times in her 400 meter IM, dropping 4+ seconds, finishing in 5:13.91, 200 breast (2:44.79), and her 200 IM (2:26.69). Both...
