HIGH SCHOOL CONDITIONING TEAM DESCRIPTION:
Swimmers Age:  13&Under
Skill Level:         Beginning to Advanced

This group is for the 13&Over athlete that is swimming to stay stay fit.  They want to improve their stroke technique and race strategy, but have little interest in competing (they always have the option). 

Swimmers choose to practice for 1 hour, up to 1 1/2 hours.  They also have the choice to participate in the dryland program.

HS Conditioning Swimmers have NO PRACTICE OR MEET REQUIREMENTS.

Large Family Discount Fee:  Pay full monthly fees on 2 swimmers, then 1/2 the monthly fees on all others  The reduced fee is applied to the lowest level swimmer(s).

Scholarships:  Please talk to Cheri about any financial needs.  No child is ever turned away due to lack of funds.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:
15 minutes of dryland/stretching + 60-90 minutes of water

Workout Days/Times (3-4 practices a week is recommended):
New swimmers will be added once they register for J-Hawks and after they click the next link for practices.

 

Monthly Fee:  3 days a week = $60, 4 days a week = $75, 5 days a week = $90   *Meets are optional


Meet Fees (only if competing in USA meets):  
All swimmers, competing in meets, must be members of USA Swimming.

USA Memberships (good until 12/31/2021)
Annual Membership - $75
    Additional one-time only transfer fee (changing USA teams) - $20

FREE/REDUCED lunch program swimmer annual fee = $5

All swimmers must be members of the Whitewater Aquatic Center.
     Youth Membership = $30/month
     Family Membership = $43/month
Swim meet fees:  families also pay entry fees + coaching fees.  Dual meets are free.
