2021 YDC EAST SUMMER SWIM TEAM

White Group

Designed for new and novice swimmers with less than 1 year experience on a competitive swim team. Must be able to complete a length of the pool without stopping.

Red Group

Designed for new and novice swimmers, this group is for kids with two years or fewer experience on a competitive swim team. Must be able to complete a length of the pool without stopping and have knowledge of all four strokes. 

Blue Group

 Designed for intermediate swimmers with two or more years of swim team experiences. Must be able to swim 200 continuous yards of freestyle, perform at least 50 yards of all competitive strokes and do starts and turns. 

Bronze Group

Designed for the intermediate/advanced swimmer with three or more years of experience swimming competitively. Swimmers must be able t o swim a 500 freestyle continuously and a 100 of all competitive strokes and do starts and turns. 

Silver/Gold Group

Designed for the advanced swimmer who is compotent in all four strokes and has been swimming competatively for 3+ years. Swimmers must be able to swim lengths beyond 500 yards at a time as well as perform each stroke for at least 100 yards. Knowledge of starts and turns is also required. Silver/Gold athletes will also be participating in Dryland Exercise (resistance exercise) once a week so they must come prepared with athletic shoes and clothes and a waterbottle.

White / Red Groups - Mondays 4:30-5:15pm & Thursdays 4:15-5:00pm    Fee: $84

Blue Group - Tues. & Fri. 4:00-4:45pm / Wed. 4:15-5:00pm                        Fee: $108

Bronze Group - Mon. 5:15-6:15pm / Wed & Thurs. 5:00-5:45pm                 Fee: $120

Silver / Gold - Mon. 6:30-7:15pm dryland / Tues. 4:45-5:45pm / Wed. 5:45-7:00pm / Fri. 4:45-6:00pm  Fee: $204
