As we wrap up our summer practices today, thanks to everyone again for another great season! Our coaches and myself are so lucky to work for such a great team of swimmers and their families.

I have a few wrap up notes for our final weekly news.

We wish Daniel lots of luck as he swims at Zones in Fargo! Congrats Daniel - we are so proud of you!!!!

As usual, we are looking for some help timing at high school home swim meets this fall. The google sheets are ready to go for all 4 home meets. Please sign up to help us out. Our first home meet will be Tuesday, August 27 at 6pm against Tartan - Coach Michael's High School team. Sign up now to get a front row seat at what is sure to be another great meet! We ask that those signing up be responsible teens through adults. SIGN UP HERE!

I have attached the results from the meet in Red Wing. The seed times only show up if the swimmers had an official time from a previous meet. Seed times in the meet program were made up guesstimate times. Therefore the improvement line only shows for those with official seed times. As a reminder, these times do not count towards championship meet qualifications. We hope everyone had a great time and hope to see the swimmers back in the fall giving swim meets a try :)

I have a majority of our fall schedule on the website calendar. Swim meets we will attend are tentative, but this is what we are thinking right now for the fall. I will have registration open on August 19 and an email will be sent out letting you know it is ready.

When shopping on Amazon or SwimOutlet, please use the links on our website home page to our team accounts with these companies. We get valuable donations from both of these companies. Whether you are shopping for RFSC needs or otherwise, every bit helps the team out!

We are going to continue to use the Waterpro Lightning as our team suit for the coming year. They are in our team store on SwimOutlet - and are on SALE right now!

We hope to have a majority of our high school girls heading to the HS girls team and reaching new levels of success there! As a reminder, when the girls season is done in November, we welcome the girls to join us again when they are ready. They register for the winter session and get the few weeks remaining of the fall session as a bonus!

Coach Michael is out for his annual 2 weeks of training with the Army through the 18th. I will be out August 6-14 with no access to email or calls. We will be returning emails, etc as soon as possible upon our return.

Thank you for choosing RFSC and we hope to see you all in September!
