YMCA State Meet
March 19-21

They will be running a YMCA State Meet this year down at Schroeder. The set up will be obviously different from past years. First off, the meet will be only available for 11 and over swimmers. There will be NO spectators allowed in the facility. There is a chance the meet allows individual qualifiers from last year to enter this meet, even if they aged up and don’t have the qualifying time in the new age group. Below is a list of qualifiers for this year as well as the “provisional” qualifiers from last year (this does not included those who were relay only).

 Cade Casey/Eloise Cooper/Ella Czerwonka/Jacob Faust/Sydney Gargulak/Will Gargulak/Sydney Hoff/Sophie Johnston/Ada King/Claire Lemke/Klare Pilger/Konnor Pilger/Izzy Raczek/Luke Sperl/Sophia Swetz/Jocelyn Trzebiatowski

“Provisional” qualifiers based on 2020: Gavin Stelzer/Savannah Weiss/Mason Soik/Lydia Kort

Please keep in mind that I did this manually so the likelihood that I left someone out is high. Please let me know if you think I left your swimmer off.

There are a number of HS girls on this list. If you want to attend the Y State meet you would need to get permission from your HS coaches.

This meet is available to sign up for on the website and the meet Info is attached below. Initial deadline will be Monday, February 15. This is to get an accurate number of swimmers to determine if those “provisional” athletes will be able to participate. If you are one of the “provisional” athletes, still commit to going if you are interested. Swimmers are still able to qualify after this deadline, up until the week before the meet.

Please remember that you would get bonus swims if you only have 1 or 2 qualifying times, so regardless everyone will get at least 3 events.

Please indicate your bonus events in the sign up.

Please read the meet info thoroughly. If you have any questions, please reach out.
