What happens if my credit/debit card or bank account ACH payment failed or had insufficient funds?

-Ensure your Wave account reflects an accurate and current payment method
-If the payment method failed on the 1st of the month, payment must be received by the 10th of the month to avoid a $25 late fee. Please mail a check to:

What is the policy on withdrawing during a season?

-Payment obligations are not excused for in-season withdrawal unless approved by the board of directors.
-For in-season withdrawal consideration, please contact the swimmer's coach and the board.
