Masters Swimming and Triathlon
The adult early morning program is coached by Fred Russell. The group of 25-30 swimmers· is divided to emphasize the swimming for tri-athletes and the swimming for competitive Master swimmers. The program currently contains swimmers from (22) to (73) years of age with a wide range of abilities.
The Pabst Farms Masters are competitive swimmers that work on all the turns, starts and techniques for the (4) competitive strokes. The program uses a seasonal approach attending monthly meets offered by Wisconsin Masters Swimming culminating in State or National competitions.
