Emily Gagan was selected to Team Wisconsin for the 2023 Mid-States All Starr meet

[Indianapolis, IN.] The Mid-States All-Star meet was held at the IUPUI Natatorium 1/7/2023-1/8/2023.  Emily Gagan was selected to represent Team Wisconsin in the 11-12 girls division for the timed final event, with teams from Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Indiana, and Ohio.  Mid-States All-Star meet is a multi-LSC event where each LSC selects swimmers based on their times and events.   Athletes that are selected are the top performers in the LSC. 

Emily swam four (4) events, the 1650 freestyle, 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle, and 100 butterfly.  Emily scored 30 points for team WI and swam to four personal best times and two team records.

• 200 freestyle [2:04.73] Team Record 10^th place
• 100 Butterfly [1:04.48] 11^th place
• 500 freestyle [5:39.43] 14^th place
