REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration for our 2017 Fall Session is now available and can be accessed by clicking here. Registration is required to participate in practices and club activities
We encourage athletes to complete registration as soon as possible to ensure enrollment, as we will close registration as groups reach capacity. Once registration is closed, players will be added to await list. Individuals on the wait list will be added on a first-come first-served basis, based on availability in the appropriate group.
USA WATER POLO MEMBERSHIP
All athletes must be current members of USA Water Polo (Gold, Silver, or Seasonal Athlete Membership) The CC United WPC is Club #19137. To register or renew with USA WP, please visit www.usawaterpolo.org
Membership ID Check
Prior to each game, teams and athletes are required to present verified rosters proving all athletes are current USA WP members, as well as photo IDs to match those listed on the verified rosters. A player is unable to compete unless they are on the roster. We are able to produce copies of CC United USA Water Polo Membership IDs and provide them directly to the coaches prior to competition for roster check-in. We require that all athletes check their USA WP Membership account to ensure there is a current headshot uploaded for very athlete. Uploading a headshot is a simple process, which is detailed in everyone's USA WP account,
REFUND POLICY
The tryout policy period is for the first week of each session. Following this period the player must register, pay season fees.

25% of the Session Dues Payment is non-refundable. The balance is refundable at a pro-rate during the first two weeks of the session. Refunds are pro-rated from the day the e-mail is received

If a player sustains a season ending injury, prior to halfway through the season, the player will be reimbursed a prorated amount
